Show up in your favourite art making clothes and take a seat as Angie guides you through the steps of creating a layered abstract painting from start to finish.

Think Bob Ross, but messy and expressive!

No artistic experience required, think of it as a paint night, but abstract and with real art theory you can use to continue your practice at home! We’ll be using all kinds of media including acrylic paint, soft pastels, graphite, charcoal, brushes, spatulas, and texture.

Grab a friend and come enjoy some much deserved music and painting!

Instructor Bio:
Angie Marchinkow is an multidisciplinary artist, writer, musician, and self-proclaimed "Art Enabler". Her goal is to bring wellness to the community through access, participation, and understanding of the arts (especially of abstract art) and what it means to be creative. She recognizes that creative expression is our natural state, and hopes to find new ways to help others feel seen and encouraged through creativity and community.
